have yuo already tried "Last known good config"?
Do you know the proper command to start System Restore? You have tried command from Safe mode w/command? Do yuo have start menu once windows finally loads? Is "Run" avalable? type Sytem restore command there! What can yuo do in Task Manager? Under Applications>New task Here is command no matter where yuo run it from!!
