I recently purchased a Usb Mass Storage Device of 256 Mb. Wheb I plug it into
my USB Port I get a notification that it installed in my System Tray and the device shows up in Device Manager but does not show up in Windows Explorer or my Folders so I cannot transfer files to this device. Any clues to help please. -- Peter Wales |

There is a glitch in Windows XP that sometimes results in duplication of drive letters under these conditions. The best way to fix this is to: 1. Boot your computer without the USB drive in place. 2. Change the drive letter for the ZIP drive to something that is away up the alphabet (I often use Z: for these), reboot again, and then reinsert the USB device. Good luck Ron Martell Duncan B.C.
