Default Re Set WinXP Password

I want to use Task Scheduler but it ask for a password. Things is I don't
recall ever having a password. The user name is set for me but I dont recall
ever using a password. Can you help?

probably a dumb suggestion but have you tried leaving password filed blank?

Are you using an account with admin privileges?

Apparently you cannot run TS with a blank password.
