Default USB drive inop

My USB drives quit working. I use a usb zip drive that is not recognised at
all. I just got a new hard drive camcorder that gets recognized and assigned
as g: but when i click on it, i get a message like: "insert a disk in the
drive". i've tried these devices on other machines with success. Whats wrong
with mine? any help is MUCH appreciated.

The chance are that you have configured your camcorder's "transfer mode" wrong.
I sugest that you red the manual if you cant find it in the menues.
