I have a user on my machine that whenever she tries to log off or restart the
whole system hangs (black screen, Caps lock light does not change when tapping Caps Lock key, etc.). I have to cycle the power on the laptop to get it to come back up. No other users have this issue. Can someone point me to the files associated with these processes? Maybe they have become corrupted. Thanks, Pat |
