red files hidden in safe mode
hi. when i run defrag in safe mode (xp) i appear to have cleaned up all the
red fragmented files, and i have around 28% free space, but if i go back to normal mode i have about 7%, and a whole big block of red files. 7% isnt enough to defrag. i have tried only running SOME things , via msconfig, to get the percentage up to the desired 15% which will give defrag the space it needs, but no joy. how can i clear these "hidden" red files??
