Default accessing web sites

hello. whenever i try to register to an sweepstakes, (such as espn.com ford)
i get a fist. it looks like it's the spam fist. this is my first comp. that
i have had 3 days.

The fist isn't a part of Windows. My guess is that it's part of some
internet security software that is installed on your system (I don't know
which one). If you are certain that the site you're trying to reach is
legit (there are a *lot* of scams out on the web), you would need to look
up the directions for how to move past this warning. You should be able to
find those directions in the help file for the internet security program.

Are you sure you are not opening a PDF file using the Adobe Acrobat Reader?
When you open a PDF file you'll also get a "fist" for a cursor.
