HELP! Problems with Downloading

Default HELP! Problems with Downloading


-- the first time I got my computer, it was fine, then something happened! I
don't know what could have gone wrong.
when I want to download something, like a software, usually computers have a
pop-up that says would you like to run, save, cancel..but on my computer,
that doesn't pop-up!OH NO! and that's why I can't download anything..please
someone help me!

Hi,
Try to google "FreshDevices" or Fresh Devices" and Download? if you can,
their download manager "FreshDow." If you cannot download their setup file,
"Freshdow.exe," you can ask me and I will e-mail it to you. My e-mail is
gaudwin@rogers.com
