Hello,
I am stumped about what's going on. I used to be able to send picture files directly from the "My Pictures" folder by clicking on "email the selected files" command. Internet Explorer (which is set as my default browser) would open, I would be asked to give my hotmail account and password (because hotmail is set as my default email program), and a new email composition would open up with the pictures already attached. It was sweet! Then, somehow, my settings or something got changed, and now it only works about 10% of the time. Most of the time, IE will open up, but it will say "The page cannot be displayed" and "cannot find server". But I know nothing is wrong with the hotmail server because I'm able to get to it if I manually type in the hotmail address. I feel that something is being miscommunicated between the "My pictures" window and IE, but I'm completely at a loss. Especially because it does work sometimes. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks! |
