I want to check my phone bill, but when I put my username and password in
that is accepted but when I click on calls yet to be billed or anything there to do with billing another page opens saying the page cannot be displayed. I don't have a problem with net banking and surely that would be restricted. I have win.XP, I.e. O.E 6. sp2. I have Norton Internet Security and thought the firewall with that could be the problem but I have turned the whole thing off and still can't get that billing site. I called Symantec before I did turn it off and they gave me a lot of instructions but that didn't work either. I clear my cookies, temp files etc, I have spybot S & D, Ad-aware and did have spywareblaster but I turned that off too. I've tried everything I can think of but I am a novice so maybe there is something I am not trying. I can access any other site. I have broadband too. Any help appreciated, Casey. |
