Switch user and my XP crashes blue screen

Hi everybody,
When I go Start / Log off / Switch user and I select a user on the XP
welcome screen, my computer reboots after a brief blue crash screen.
Any ideas thanks,

Try downloading the User Profile clean up utility from microsoft.

Hi Phil,

Click start/run, type eventvwr.msc and click ok. Check the system and
application logs for some clues as to what is going on. Something installed
on your system is disagreeing with FUS (Fast User Switching).

Thanks guys, fix from msoft did not help, good try though and eventvwr.msc
may be good (asking my computer whiz friend).
I tried line 34 in

That did not work either.
I did a restore back after trying them.
Still open to ideas.
