Thank you so much for responding. Your suggestions didn't seem to make any
difference though. Any other ideas? Thanks again!

No, especially since you didn't answer any of my questions. You have to
determine what changed and reverse that change. If the change was very
recent, try doing a System Restore to when you know the function was
working.

Actually, you did help me. It seems to be resolved. I ran my adware program
and got rid of some accumulated junk files etc. and presto! I can switch
users again! You're a peach! Thank you!
