When I insert a cd of mp3's into my cd player, Real Player tries to
open it even though I do not have anything other than RP files selected as a file that Real Player should try to open. Okay, so I go to the cd in question, right click and choose properties, hoping to be able to tell Windows to always open this type of file with my player of choice, Quintessential. But Windows ONLY gives the following choices for what I would like Windows to do with this type of file: Real Player WMP Open the folder Take no action How can I get Quintessential Player (or others) into that list of choices? or otherwise make it open a cd filled with mp3's with that player? I do have Quintessential's options set as as the default player for that type of file (Mp3) but still Real Player tries to open and play the cd. Thanks for your help. I HATE the media wars! |
