Default Microsoft problem error message

Hi

I am unsure if this is a Microsoft problem but the error message states
"Please tell Microsoft about this problem". Please can you let me know your
comment and advise.

I am using a wizard which uploads photos to the web (www.photobucket.com).
The error which I have never received before states that my jpg files are
invalid. The rest of the error states: " SWF HTTP POST Wizard has
encountered a problem and needs to close."

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you.

Hi

I just tried to install then reinstall the wizard (called Photobucket). I
received the same error message. There was a error message file created.

For reference, I have been using the uploader for a long time and just today
this has started to happen. Previously I have uploaded jpg files with no
problem and now it states that my files are "invalide filetypes".

Any further help would be great.

What about maintenance on your computer; i.e., have you done any?
http://aumha.org/a/health.htm - Take Out the Trash (section 4)

What is the malware/virus status of your computer? Is it clean?
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware

Can you open those .jpg files normally; i.e., with Windows Picture
Viewer or the default graphics viewer?

I assume your answer refers to my last question. What about the other
two questions?

I can open the files with Paint and Photo Editor.

Julia, the questions were:

1. Have you done maintenance on the computer? If not, do so.
http://aumha.org/a/health.htm - Take Out the Trash (section 4)

2. What is the virus/malware status of the computer? Be sure it is
clean:

Post back with results of #1 and 2 above.

Thank for your links. These are very helpful

I have managed sort out the problem - there was a problem on the website
rather than with my system.

Kind regards
