Thanks for help but I still have a problem with Registry. I get the following
error despite trying your
suggestions-HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/Windows/CurrentVersions/Run/OptionalComponents/IMail.
I am using a computer from home and am the Administrator. Any suggestions
where to go

You've orphaned this post from whatever thread you originally started so
I have no idea what help you've already received. I'm guessing from the
registry key that you are trying to remove IncrediMail, but you didn't
quote the error message.

Either try again or better yet, find your original thread and post to it
so the helpers have some context about the issue and what has been
suggested and done.
