Add Remove doesnt work

Default Add Remove doesnt work

I have a program in my add remove that is no longer there and it will not
remove. I need it out of my add remove so i can reinstall it but the program
tells me it has 12.90mb left on my hd but i did a serch and theres nutthin
left in it. Is there anyway i can get it out of my add remove so i can
reinstall it and use it?

Have you tried just reinstalling it, without first removing it from
Add/Remove Programs? What happened?

When i try to reinstall the program starts to load and than the wizards shuts
off before it ask for my cd key.
