Default system adminisitrator

I am the owner/system administrator of my home computer; it also shows that
this is true when I go to control panel-user accounts.

However, when I try to run msconfig, I get an eror message because I am not
the administrator. HELP

This may be caused by a virus infection. Scan your system carefully.
