I cannot get either to shut off as set in the control panel/power options.
Will go into standby mode if I activate it. Any ideas? Jimmy |

Have you tried the registry? Of cause it is recommended you backup your
registry and know what you are doing to do so... <To enable the monitor to power-off at Logon screen:> Try setting these values... [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop] "PowerOffActive"="1" "ScreenSaveActive"="1" "SCRNSAVE.EXE"="(None)" "Jimmy" wrote: > I cannot get either to shut off as set in the control panel/power options. > Will go into standby mode if I activate it.
