I have tried – on numerous occasions – to install 2 new devices on my PC with
Microsoft XP Professional Operating System. The devices are: iPod Nano 4GB; and Panasonic Lumix LZ2 Digital camera. In both instances, I am unable to install the devices and when I go into “Device Manager”, I receive: - a Code 28 Message that the driver for the device is not installed for the iPod; and - a Code 1 Message that the driver is not configured properly. Both are Plug and Play and I had no difficulty whatsoeverinstalling the devices on my laptop with Windows XP Home Edition. Your help would be appreciated. |
