This isn't really a problem, but I've never seen this before:
When I move an open window to a different position on the screen, only a rectangle shows in the new position, and the window then jumps to the new position when I release the mouse button. Any ideas on why that is happening or how I can return to the "normal" way of moving open windows? I'm used to a window simply dragging along with the mouse while the button is held down. |

Right click the Desktop | Properties | Appearance tab |
Effects button | Select Show window contents while dragging | OK your way back out [[Specifies whether to display window contents as you move or size it. When this check box is cleared, you can see only the outline when you move a window.]] -- Hope this helps. Let us know.
