Default the widows manual thing

can any one tell me how to find the controls to be able to like not use the
mouse and bring up info. about stuff to make it easier to use ? see my older
brother had a panick attack and he calmed himself down by reading the manual
of this thing that told you all about how to bring up the different programs
you've been on since you loged on and stuff like that and i want to be able
to do that!!!!!!!!

You can open the start menu by pressing the Windows logo key.

If you hold the logo key you can acomplish different things with various
letter keys. Try D, R, L, M and E.

Press the menu key (may be next to right CTRL key) for a context menu.

Hold alt while you press the TAB key to switch windows. TAB without alt
moves betwen fields in many dialog boxes.

Use the space bar to select or unselect a highlighted checkbox.

Look at the program's menu bar, there will ussually be underlined letters.

Press and release the ALT key.

Type one of the underlined letters.

You can use the arrow keys to move around the menus.

Use the Enter key to make your selection.
