Somehow my drive letters for the USB (removable media drives) ports got
changed. When I try to change drive letter N back to K like it used to be, I get an error that says "The drive letter K is already mapped to a network share or a local path. In order to see the volume after the operation, you must remove current mapping. Do you wish to continue?". As far as I can tell by looking at control panel device manager and my computer, there is no drive K. Any ideas as to what has happened to cause the letters to be changed and how can I get them back to the correct designations? Thanks Richard |
