HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Cu rrent Version

Highlight this key and in the right pane you'll see the Registered
Owner. Directly below that key is the Registered Organization.

Right-click/modify to change it.

The product key is not kept in the registry in an unencrypted form. You
can use a free program like Magical Jellybean to find it:
