Several programs that I use will only run windowed which would previously run full-screen and I can see no way of changing over. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Mike |

F11 works for Internet Explorer but it may be a different key or key combination for other programs. Old DOS programs and some games use ALT+Enter as their toggle. The individual program help files should tell what key combo is needed for those that you're concerned about. Or you may find the full screen switch listed in one of the program's menus. -- Sharon F MS-MVP ~ Windows Shell/User |

You have not said how you launch these affected programs. Usually, if
you RIGHT CLICK the icon used to launch the program, and select Properties, you will see a RUN option under the SHORTCUT tab. Select the Maximized option. This SHOULD give you what you are looking for.
