Default Accounting for user sessions in XP

Is there a way I can obtain a log of user logon sessions - i.e. user name,
date and time logged in, date and time logged out, session duration etc?
I've searched Help and can't find anything, but it seems like such a basic
thing to want to do that I think there must be a way ... ??
