I have a Windows XP Pro system. I would like to allow one user access to the
internet and completely block all other users. How can I do this? |

Hi
I am not sure if Windows XP Pro's control panel is similar or exactly alike with Windows XP Home Edition's control panel. Step 1: Under Control Panel, Find and click on Network and Internet Connections. Next Click Network Connections. Now look for Internet Connections under Dial Up and/or Lan or High Speed Internet. Right click on each of them and select delete or disable if the delete option is grayed out. Step 2: Then under Control Panel select Network and Internet Connections then click on Internet Options. Click the Connections Tab. Look in the Dial-Up and Virutal Private Network Settings box. Highlight each Internet Connections listed under this box and click the Remove button to remove each Internet Connection. This prevents the user to connect to the Internet and use the Internet connection with Internet Explorer. Do steps 1 and 2 above for each user account that you do not want to allow Internet Access for. Hope this helps. Egan "Sandy" wrote: > I have a Windows XP Pro system.
