fix a homepage in IE6 ?

Hello,
I am using IE6 and have set a homepage. How can I really fix this homepage,
in other words avoid that subsequent users have the possibility to change it
?

Click on Home Page Lock

If you have XP Pro, check this setting in Group Policy.

Disable changing home page settings

Value Data: 0 or 1
0 = Not locked
1 = Locked
