"Parser Message" error when clicked on "Add or Remove Program"
hi..
I recently wanted to clean my laptop of unnecessary files so i decided to uninstall some unwanted programs. But when i clicked on the "Add or Remove Program", and error message titled "Parser Messaage" which says "Value creation failed " at line 521 " can anyone please help me with this problem? thank you in advance.

Using third party theming in XP? Change back to one of the default themes (XP or classic) and then try Add/Remove Programs again. -- Sharon F MS-MVP ~ Windows Shell/User
