Default Remote Assistance

Hi,

Setting up remote assistance for an AD. GPO is configured to ensure
that the appropriate groups can offer assistance. The groups are
members of the local admins group.

When you initate/offer the assistance the confirmation window does not
appear on the novice computer and the expert computer displays a remote
desktop login screen. If you login to this then it performs a remote
logoff of the novice's computer.

You get the same results if you user the Help & Support screen or scipt
to offer support. Can anyone point out some areas to look into so that
I can take a look on Monday. Many thanks, Hutton
