Here's a weird one. I have 4 users (me, my wife and 2 kids) sharing a
single XP SP2 box. There are 5 logins (when counting the Administrator). My normal login also has administrative privileges. Now, here is the weird part: despite my repeated changes of Account Type from "Computer Administrator" to "Limited User" via the User Accounts applet in Control Panel, my wife and kids keep switching back to the Computer Administrator Account Type! At first, I thought my son had my password and was changing it but I know for a fact that he isn't. My wife almost never uses her account and her account type changes too. Any ideas? This is kind of freaking me out! ++C++ |
