Default Unable to locate ccRegVfy.exe

Application has failed to start because ccTrust.dll was not found. Reinstall.
How in the world do I do this? Also my hour glas constantly blinks on the
screen and is really getting on my nerves...can anyone help?

Reinstall whatever Norton product(s) you have installed on your
computer. If you continue to have problems with their programs,
you might want to contact Symantec's support.
