Ive tryed to cahnge my back ground pic many diff ways now, right clicking the
picture and havein it try to set it from there and in display proporits it
just shows a blank screen and I can only change the background colour, but
cant set a picture as the background. Mine is the first account and its an
admin if that makes any diff.

*NOTE* All other accounts on the computer are fine and u can change the
bacground pic on them.
