I have Microsoft Exchange 2003 on our server and Outlook 2003 on the
client machines. Whenever I add a new user to your network a Mailbox is
added and everything seems to work fine with the internal mail. The
issue comes when I am on the new client machine, logged in as the new
user, and in Outlook 2003. It seems that I have to manually send an
email to each person on our network BEFORE I can create a contact in my
address book for them. This is a huge pain and I must be missing the
easier solution. Would greatly appreciate any information.
