Default FAST backup DAT file

I ran FAST and created a backup of the important data. I F&R and try and
reload the data from the backup and it gives me "The location you specified
does not contain stored information. Please type a valid folder path into the
edit box."
The folder does contain the Status file and the IMG00001.DAT, like it
should. So I thought, maybe one of the files are bad. So I replace the Status
file with one from another FAST backup and it starts. Then I get a message
that states, "The wizard cannot create the data needed to save your settings.
Make sure you have enough disk space available."
Now, it unpacks some files before it gives me this message and there is
still 5GB left on the partition (the DAT file itself is on 1.99GB, located on
a seperate partition). So, is there a way to fix this or a program to
manually extract the files? I do not mind that, I just need the data
contained therein.
Please email me at ulukia.zero@"REMOVE"gmail.com
Thank you.
