Default Re-Configuring Guest Account Permissions

Recently I have been tring to solve a problem with the Guest account (Windows
XP,General Disscussions, 12\17\2005, How to clean the Guest Account) I have
been pretty much succesful in an unorthadoxed way but after several reboots I
find that I was unable to clean out 54 entries locked inside the guest
account. These entries are all simular( PROBLEM: uninstaller reference issue,
DATA: C: WINDOWS\ $NtUninstallKB894391$\spuninst\spuninst.exe, REG KEY:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\UNINSTALL\KB 893803v2) there
are 54 of such entries waiting to be released. Can I make the Guest account
have ADMIN PRIVILAGES for a short time so I can clean it and then return it
to its original state, if so could you kindly point me in the correct
direction.
Thank you and Seasons Greetings XP PRO current
