I have very low physical RAM (128 MB)

OS : Windows XP

Most Memory Consuming service (Application) : Norton

is there any other antivirus that consumes less memory and if not how to

Almost any other antivirus will use less memory (less resources in general)
than Norton.

But no matter what anti-virus you run, your performance with only 128MB will
be poor. Decent performance withWindows XP starts somewhere around 256MB
(depending on what apps you run).
