I too can not do a file & folders search via Start/Search - nothing happens not even a error msg. I can go to say MY DOCUMENTS and click on the magnifying glass and search my PC that way- so all not lost. Odd, but I now can’t go to Start/Help & Support - I get a msg that says sart the Help & support Service- but when I go to SERVICES.MSC - I see no such Help & Support listed. -- Posted using the http://www.windowsforumz.com interface, at author's request Articles individually checked for conformance to usenet standards Topic URL: http://www.windowsforumz.com/Search-...ict433148.html Visit Topic URL to contact author (reg. req'd).
