Default Logon User Interface

after uninstalling a microsoft update the computer restarted and i now get
the message "Logon User Interface DLL msgina.dll failed to load. Replace or
restore original DLL" then the computer restarts. I have tried all of the
startup options ie safe mode, debugging mode and still recieve this message.
Can anyone help???

What Microsoft Update did you install?

Don't know which one. It was just XP prof with no updates untill hogmonay,
then a friend downloaded the updates using windows update. In the add remove
programs i started at the bottom of the list and worked up, i deleted two or
three but with the last one i deleted i forgot to uncheck restart.
