Default Add Folder to Start Menu

I want to add a folder in the right side of the start menu to work exactly as
"My Recent Documents" or "Favorites" where can I put all my most used
shortcuts and utilities.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Read the instructions at the top.
2. Right hand side
Add Folder to Start Menu - Replace MP or MM (My Pictures or My Music)

180. Add a Folder Under the Run Command

I tried the solution you mentioned, and I got "MY MUSIC" folder replaced
however it didn't the work I expected, I mean like "MY Recent Documents" or
"Control Panel" with links to items inside the folder.

Add a folder here >> C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu
The folder will be added where Windows Catalog & Windows Update are. With
the XP Start Menu, that's Start button\All Programs\Above the Programs.

I use the Classic Start Menu and I have folders two folders that appear
above...
Programs
Settings
Search
Help and Support
Run

The folders have fly-outs with the contents of the folders. I also have
other shortcuts there.
