RE: Can't resize window on active desktop?
I have the same problem. I have done a reinstall of XP and bought PC Doctor
and I still have the problem. I have also noticed that I can't boot in Safe Mode any more either. I think that they are related. I really dont want to do a reinstall and format of the hard drive.
