I am new to XP, but not new to computers, however I am having a small
pronblem that is causing me much stress. It seems that the dual chevrons, explaining that infrequentlt used menue items have now migrated out of the Office suite an onto my start menu and into explorer. They are easy to shut-off in Office, but can't find where to shut-off this "feature" for the XP start menu. Can anyone assist? |

I actually have done that, along with a number of other things to try and
prevent the chevrons from appearing , but to no avail. Any other suggestions? "Doug Knox MS-MVP" wrote: > Right click the Start button and select Properties, Customize.
