If I use My Computer the line across the top of the window reads C:\whatever
folder I'm at. If I use Explorer the same line reads C:\whatever folder I'm at - Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by so & so. The same message as when I use IE. I've found the key that IE gets this from, but I can't locate where Explorer is told to use it. Bill |

John & Doug,
Thanks for the responses. I tried both, but it didn't do what I was looking for. The branding is gone on both Windows Explorer & IE, bit Explorer is still using the IE titles. My Explorer window now reads Drive:\Folder\File - Microsoft Internet Explorer I'd like it to read the same as if I used My Computer; just Drive:\Folder\File Something is telling Windows Explorer to use an Internet Explorer string, but I can't track down where that something is.
