Default installing right-to-left languages

i'm trying to install hebrew on my computer and windows apparently did not
install it and is asking for the xp professional cdrom, which didn't come
with my laptop. does anyone know where i can get this file, it's ftlx041e.dll

You may have the i386 folder on your C: drive. Point the request to there.
