Default Powertoys Wallpaper changer

Nice tool but it is missing one feature that is very important from my point
of view. It is not possible any more to stretch the pictures....this is not
good if one is having pictures from digital cameras as they have the wrong
format and there always is some blank space around it....doesn´t look nice...
shouldn´t be too hard to update, should it?

It can be... Powertoys are based on some odd stuff. Take a peek at their
depth some time? You can ping them if you want at the site but it's known to
be unsupported. Have you a more specific question? Can you fix that? No...
Not yet at any rate...
