Windows Installer not running and shutting down browser

Hi,

I've been trying to install Counterspy from
http://www.sunbelt-software.com/CounterSpy-download.cfm. The download goes
fine and once I double click to install the program, it gets to the Windows
Installer box and shuts down, then shuts down my browser and restarts my
active desktop.

Any ideas as to why this is? I had Counterspy on my computer up until today
when I accidentally uninstalled, now trying to reinstall is not working.

CounterSpy is a Shareware Program. You may have exceeded the Trial Time
Limit.
