language bar is not responding

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the international settings of languages.
It seems that i cannot change languages anymore.
Not by using the keyboard shortcut and not by accessing the items in the
language bar.
I have installed english and greek and the default is english. I cannot
change to greek or change the keyboard layouts. I other words the language
bar is rendered useless somehow. Can anyone help me?
