right click options

I would like to add an option to the right-click function when in Explorer.
I would like to be able to open a command window so that it will reference
the folder that I am in. It would be nice to dump some of the options that
are in there now, as well. Does anyone have a suggestion? Registry? Search
for command.com and/or shell?

This PowerToy adds an "Open Command Window Here" context menu option on file
system folders, giving you a quick way to open a command window (cmd.exe)
pointing at the selected folder.
