Hi,
I'd like to know if there's some way an admin (me) can block the users (them) from changing the background (to various 'hilarious' pictures.) Help is appreciated. Regards, JER. |

If you have AD domain, then, make OU for restricted users and use GPO.
User Configuraion\Administrative Templates\Desktop\Active Desktop\Active Desktop Wallpaper <- point that to some file (UNC) that doesn't exist (or to file that you want set as users' background) User Configuraion\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display\Prevent changing wallpaper <- enable that.
