Changing desktop picture
I'm trying to change my desktop picture. When I go into control panel and
display there is no desktop tab. Only themes. You can not choose a picture from tehre. Any help please?

One way to do it is to select a picture in Windows Explorer and right click. There will be an option: Set as Desktop Background. Read the instructions at the top 285. Right hand side Restore All Display Tabs -- Hope this helps. Let us know.
