I am using my new computer with Windows XP. My Monitor screen is shrinking
on one side. I can't seem to find out how to adjust it, ( pull it to the
right) so I have a full screen. Can someone please help

1) Change the refresh rate you are using.
2) Contact the manufacturer of the monitor/find and review the manual.

Set your screen resolution to 1024x768.. set the refresh rate to the highest
that the monitor will accept.. still not filling the screen?..

OK, so try using the monitor's own OSD (On Screen Display)..
